Clean rooms with a beautiful tropical garden 🌴. Each unit comes equipped with air conditioning and a hair dryer. the staff here is super friendly and attentive.

how the hell did this hotel get a 9.2 reputation?? its the main reason i stayed there and the pictures made it look a lot better than it is. now im not here to tell you its a dreadful place to stay but what i am here to tell you is its worth nowhere near a 9.2 reputation in my opinion and heres why.. firstly the rooms are very small,our room had ants trailing across the wall to the air con unit,there where a lot of mosquitoes i had to kill off before sleeping at night,there was a manky smell coming from the bathroom sink,it was also cracked and the white silicone was all brown and manky also around it.if you wanted hot water from the shower you needed to turn it dont to a trickle.this also had brown minging silicone and the shower curtain also had mold.this place desperatley needs a good bleaching!! add to all that you dont get a fridge no wardrobe(just a hanging rail) and no chest of drawers(there just isnt the room) the cleaning and sheet changing is every 2 days the tv reception is terrible even on the local thai stations and no safety deposit box and the door bolts dont line up on the inside so you cant properly secure it when your asleep.is that enough for you? last one.. the finish is poor also..no caulking around any of the skirting boards or achitrave and paintbrush marks abound. if it had been £15 a night i would have put up with all that without moaning ..but its not its over twice that..goodbye sylvana..not again for me im afraid.i would give it a 4 at best

The location was perfect close to shops, restaurants, the river and bus station. Staff were really helpful. Advised us of good nearby restaurants which we ate at. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone travelling to Pai.

The Sylvana Pai in Pai is a peaceful and beautiful hotel with courteous service. the unit is impeccably clean and includes an electric kettle and refrigerators. the location is excellent and amazing, right next to Wat Klang Buddhist Temple. It's just a few minutes' walk to bars and restaurants, creating a family atmosphere with a jazz bar.

Clean and peaceful hotel with marvellous and perfect location by nature, just what I needed. Liked a nice, little balcony and a hair dryer in the room. Location: the venue was adjacent to the centre of town, ,Nice grounds as well as the main tourist street. Local fast food option Maya Burger Queen was 5 minutes walk away.

Great location! 🌉 Being so close to the Bridge was super handy – you could easily stroll over to a night market and a main market for some fun exploration and shopping.

Awesome location, super relaxing atmosphere, awesome staff, good breakfast. Pai is absolutely amazing. A must while in Thailand.
